West Cliffs

Located in Óbidos, West Cliffs is a luxury resort known for its golf courses and beachfront location. In collaboration with Sousa Lopes Architects, Jular designed and produced several modular and prefabricated houses for this development. A significant highlight was the adaptation of Jular's TreeHouse volumetric modular construction system to meet the customer's specific requirements. To ensure quality and durability, the houses were built with Kerto, a structural wood recognized for its resistance, making them resistant to the wear and tear common in coastal environments. In addition, the exterior finishes in ETICS and natural stone, in collaboration with Metsä Wood, were chosen with durability in mind in the face of coastal exposure.
