“Treehouse Engineered by Jular” is a modular house and was developed from an innovative concept, which aims to combine design, modularity, speed and sustainability. Choosing wood as the base building material as the right option to achieve these goals. Modular wooden construction is currently becoming increasingly important in modern architecture, whether in housing, leisure and/or entertainment projects or tourism infrastructures. Prefabrication has been gaining ground compared to traditional construction, as it allows the realisation of large-scale projects with modern design and new architectural solutions, within the reach of a greater number of people, with competitive budgets and reduced timings.
Digital CatalogueSurvey of the project's constraints, taking into account the type of site where the installation will take place, access, transport and assembly.
Study of standard models and definition of the chosen typology. Drawing up graphic simulations and adapting the project to the terrain.
The design and coordination of the project applied to the installation site begins. There are standard projects that can be submitted for licensing purposes.
Review of final specifications. Finalising minor alterations (bathroom, kitchen, etc.). Completion of drawings and finalisation of the project's final figure. Start of drawings and cuts for manufacture.
All manufacturing activities (off-site) and adaptations in the field (on-site) begin.
Disassembly, packaging, transport and assembly of all construction elements and project components.
